We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sourcing and Closing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, negotiating deals, and closing transactions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Job Description for Sourcing Manager:
- Establishing and activating new channel partners, and supervising the onboarding procedure.
- Holding regular meetings with existing active channel partners to maintain continuous business flow.
- Creating additional sales incentives and schemes for channel partners.
- Maintaining a comprehensive market survey analysis to grasp market trends and support channel partner activation.
- Organizing (ATL) and (BTL) activities with channel partners to generate leads.
Job Description for Closing Manager:
- Overseeing the entire process from assigning walk-ins to team members to closing deals and collecting payments for OCR and home loan disbursement.
- Personally attending to walk-ins and finalizing deals, with diligent follow-up procedures.
- Creating monthly and quarterly sales plans for the designated site consistently.
- Formulating sales strategies and envisioning sales targets until they are achieved.
- Ensuring follow-up on team members' revisit appointments and ensuring successful closures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field.
- years of experience in real estate sales, sourcing, or closing roles.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing real estate transactions.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
